2. 0:09And I was it was nice and the amount of fathers father figures
3. 0:15Grandfathers uncles that showed up
4. 0:18Man, it was a great turnout

8. 0:30It's great for our children to see that and for fathers and father figures cousins uncles

12. 0:44It's good to meet some of the school staff teachers that you may not
13. 0:49You know even the counselors
14. 0:51You know some of the staff you may not meet on the regular. So it was good all around
15. 0:59And now that I'm down with the father walking child to school
16. 1:05and now my daughter wanted me to
17. 1:09Walk all the way to class with of course, you know, they're real strict with
18. 1:15You know allowing people in this school. So and that's good for the safety and I appreciate that aspect as well
19. 1:23I don't this episode probably has nothing to do with business, but just a reflection and now
20. 1:30that it's over the real work starts and
21. 1:35You know, sometimes you have to adjust your schedule for
22. 1:40Important things to me. This is important. So
23. 1:44You know things don't always go your way and business and life
24. 1:49so
25. 1:50Learning to navigate knowing how to navigate is always good be like a chameleon
26. 1:56adapt to their environment the changes in their environment just the changes
27. 2:03around them they able to change and adapt and

45. 3:24You could learn from different industries and that was the whole
46. 3:28premise of this podcast and also how
47. 3:32Media affects your industry directly
48. 3:36So again real estate how has media shaped the outcome of your
49. 3:42Your industry, you know now we get high quality visuals
50. 3:48You know photography and video now people want to buy it because we do a great job with it
51. 3:55You know now celebrities
52. 3:59Get more attention because of Instagram and these shorts and reels

54. 4:08How has media affect your industry in the last ten years
55. 4:13You know with the advancements of AI and technology in general
56. 4:19It's getting wild. So again
57. 4:23How is this affecting your industry? There's always changes and it's always room to adapt
