0:02I have an ambitious goal to host, produce,
0:09record 10,000 podcasts in my lifetime.
0:18You know, they say 10,000 hours you become a pro,
0:25an expert, professional, a master after 10,000 hours.
0:33So after 10,000 produced shows or 10,000 shows,
0:42I've hosted, recorded, filmed,
0:53but a collective of all my network,
0:57the podcasts that I produce for,
1:00all my solo episodes, all my interviews,
1:06but do I create and count the strategy sessions?
1:13Like that's ours, because a lot of them,
1:22you know, they thrive on just the sessions
1:26without me, you know, producing or recording,
1:30no production, but just words and wisdom and guidance.
1:39Do that count towards the 10,000?
1:43Cause if that's the case, I might be closer than I think,
1:48but I have this ambitious goal
1:51to collectively produce, host, record,
1:58do production for collective 10,000 podcast episodes.
2:11And I know it's possible.
2:20And it almost, it almost chokes me up
2:24because it's like, when you get to that 10,000,
2:31then what?
2:36You are a master, you've been a master,
2:41but to have that trust, to have that dedication,
2:46to have that consistency, that's a whole nother level.
2:55That's the legendary, longevity, purpose.
3:05Always go back to that purpose
3:07and your values and your beliefs.
3:11Why are you doing this?
3:13Before you start anything, always ask yourself,
3:16why am I doing this?
3:18What do I wanna get out of it?
3:20What do I wanna learn from this?
3:22How do I wanna grow?
3:24How do I wanna grow from this?
3:27I cannot evolve because of this.
3:31What information do I need to learn from this?
3:37You need to grow.
3:38And that's what I learned
3:41after all the podcast episodes, all the talks,
3:47even the before and after the podcast cuts off,
3:52it's done.
3:55It's always these gems, these motivations,
4:01this insight, this inspiration, that encouragement,
4:05that emotion, authenticity, passion, care,
4:15and just that same hunger to wanna evolve
4:18and do better and elevate.
4:21And that's why I love podcasts
4:22because it's just that intimate conversation.
4:25Let's just be transparent and real and build and grow.
4:31I don't know, let me hear your story.
4:37Maybe my story can help yours
4:41and be yours can help mine in a thousand.
4:51And just think of all of that,
4:56that I will help moderate for other creative entrepreneurs
5:05and we all just gain insight from each other
5:13with no matter the industry, no matter the background,
5:20no matter the skin color, we learn from each other.

5:34I'm hype, I'm motivated.
5:38I might have to put this on a t-shirt,
5:40write this all over some walls.

5:49It's going down, I'm probably,
5:54I might be a 10th of the way there
5:59or a little under a 10th, maybe 11th of the way there.
6:05So yeah, maybe in about, say a good 10, 10 years,
6:11I could definitely accomplish this.
6:15It's almost like you podcast a day or every other day.
6:22So let's make it happen.
6:25And what is your ambitious goal that you have in mind?
6:29Like that big dream in your head
6:33that you wanna put out into the universe
6:36and make it happen and make it come into fruition
6:39and let it all become true.
6:42What is that big dream?
6:43What is that big goal?
6:44What is that big idea that you're holding onto
6:48that you want to get out into this universe
6:53and let it all exist with you and with others
6:57and make the universe a better world to be in?
7:03And I'm just speaking on Earth.
7:06I know people know me as Alien,
7:09Mr. Photographer Jackson, or Alien,
7:13which is from my artist name, Alien, not Player.
7:17My last track wasn't even music,
7:19it was an affirmation track.
7:22But I've done music and poetry
7:25throughout middle school,
7:28all the way up to my older years, my late 20s.
7:35And then I started to focus on visual media,
7:39photography, video, video production,
7:43and just kept that audio element,
7:46hence this audio podcast,
7:49Alienize Photos Industry Talk podcast.
7:55And I get fired up and it just bring me back
7:59to my music days, just being in the studio
8:02and just really recording and sharing my thoughts,
8:08sharing my raw emotion, feelings, thoughts, experiences.
8:18This really brings me back and just sharing my insight
8:22and what I've learned throughout my journey
8:25and what I'm learning, what I'm building,
8:27and what I'm growing, and what I'm doing,
8:31how I'm evolving, am I evolving.
8:36And I'm glad for anybody that's on this journey with me,
8:42just recording themselves in real time,
8:48just taking that moment of reflection
8:51and setting something like a goal or a plan
8:54and put it into action.
8:57And documented it.
9:00And this is me documenting my ambitious goal
9:04of 10,000 produced episodes, podcast episodes.
